Working Principle
The CTU Racking System (Carton Transfer Unit Racking System) adopts CTU bin robots as its core equipment to realize the automated management and storage of cargo. Its working process is as follows:
Cargo IdentificationUpon entering the warehouse, cargo is first identified for its barcodes or RFID tags via scanning devices, with all cargo information logged into the computer system.
Robotic Arm OperationThe robotic arms of CTU bin robots pick up cargo from storage bins in accordance with pre-set instructions and movement paths.
Sensor FeedbackSensors detect the position and weight of cargo in real time and feed the information back to the controller. The controller makes fine adjustments to the robotic arm's operation based on the sensor data to ensure that cargo is placed into the designated bins accurately and stably.
Automated Storage and RetrievalCTU bin robots automatically complete the cargo put-away and picking operations without manual intervention.
