This project has achieved safe and stable handling of high-end large items. Through the use of PDA to call the front and rear bumper material vehicles, it completes intelligent management such as automatic distribution, automatic caching, and first-in first-out. It achieves full linkage between MES and AGV, with full process visibility, interconnectivity, and interoperability!

Intelligent material handling

This project has solved the challenges of low efficiency, poor accuracy, and high operational safety risks associated with manual forklift docking with aerial logistics robots. It has achieved automatic inbound and outbound transfer of fertilizer frames using AGVs, coordinated operations with aerial logistics robots, flexible storage and handling of fertilizer frames, unmanned distribution, and digital and information management of fertilizer distribution.

Integrated intelligent warehouse and distribution

This project perfectly resolves the contradiction between reducing storage area and increasing production capacity, improves site utilization, supports intelligent inbound and outbound operations for various picking modes such as batch and single-item picking, monitors inventory status in real-time, and optimizes storage and retrieval logic to ensure efficient goods management.
