The dual-station balancing machine is a high-efficiency dynamic balancing device that corrects the unbalance of brake discs through two simultaneously and independently operating stations: a measuring station and a milling weight-reduction station. It enables continuous and efficient balance correction of brake discs without interrupting the production line, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing waiting time.

The outer station detects the unbalance amount, while the inner station performs milling for weight reduction. The dual stations operate synchronously with separate processes for high efficiency. Pneumatic expansion sleeve positioning ensures high precision, and it is suitable for both after-sales and OE products simultaneously. The expansion amount of the sleeve is 1.5 mm. Compared with traditional expansion sleeves, it can reduce the quantity of sleeves by one third.
