With the same floor area, this project has boosted the original storage capacity of the warehouse by 2.5 times, significantly reducing the warehousing rent cost per unit of cargo. The inbound and outbound efficiency has increased by more than 200%, and the order response time has been shortened from hour-level to minute-level; approximately 70% of sorting labor has been saved, completely eliminating the physical exertion and errors caused by manual cargo locating and handling.

The project has realized visualized and digital inventory management, providing data support for accurate procurement and production planning. A flexible warehousing system has been built, which can flexibly respond to fluctuations in business volume by increasing or decreasing the number of four-way shuttle cars in the future.
