This fully automatic brake disc appearance inspection machine is specially designed for post-casting quality checks of brake discs. It uses a 6-axis robot with multiple high-definition industrial cameras to scan the front, back, inner holes, vents, and outer circle of the brake disc from all angles. Equipped with our self-developed deep learning defect detection algorithms, it accurately identifies seven major types of surface defects caused by casting, including sand holes, shrinkage, porosity, burn marks, missing material, scratches, and burrs. It completely replaces manual visual inspection, avoiding issues like human fatigue and inconsistent evaluation standards, and can seamlessly connect with casting cooling lines, AGV transport lines, and stacking workstations. It creates a fully automated loop from 'casting - transport - inspection - stacking,' making it an essential device for automotive casting companies looking to upgrade to smart manufacturing.

Casting Full-Chain Digital Management System  

- On-site large screens visually display the self-developed DWMS warehouse management system and DAS3.0 multi-device integrated scheduling platform, with specialized modules developed specifically for the casting industry.
