Multiple types of AGVs are docked with SMT production lines and speed chain conveyors.

This project has realized unmanned operation between production lines and between production lines and raw material warehouses in the SMT board production workshop, solving the manual operation pain points of the original workshop.

It has achieved unmanned delivery of raw materials to SMT production lines, intelligent buffering of speed chain conveyors, and intelligent docking of roller AGVs with production lines and speed chain conveyors. The production process of SMT boards is enabled with intelligent management and information-based buffering, making the entire process controllable and traceable.
