Working Principle

Miniload is an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) that handles bins or light containers as its storage and retrieval units, with high-speed stacker cranes as the core equipment. Its working principle is as follows:

1. Rack StructureMulti-layer steel structure racks are adopted with customizable cell dimensions (e.g., L600×W400×H300mm, load capacity 30KG), enabling high-density storage.

2. Stacker Crane OperationStacker cranes move horizontally (180-300m/min) and vertically in the aisles of high-bay racks. They store or retrieve bins from the rack cells via forks and transport them to the aisle entrances.

3. Compound Cycle ModeThe single storage/retrieval cycle time can be controlled within 30 seconds, supporting the processing of high-frequency, small-batch orders (e.g., e-commerce sorting).

4. Intelligent ControlThe WMS enables material traceability and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory management, and real-time monitoring of equipment status.
